Case Study: COMCYBER strengthens cyber defense with YesWeHack’s bug bounty platform

YesWeHack provides its bug bounty platform and expertise to the Armed Forces Ministry

COMCYBER, the French Cyber Defence Command under the Armed Forces Ministry, needed a way to strengthen cybersecurity across its many entities and better leverage its 3,400+ cyber-combatants and reservists. To address this challenge, it partnered with YesWeHack and used its bug bounty platform to support a new, ministry-wide approach to vulnerability discovery.

YesWeHack implemented its bug bounty platform for COMCYBER, enabling ethical hackers from the cyber operational reserve to identify vulnerabilities in Ministry systems and be rewarded for their findings. The initiative made the Armed Forces Ministry the first French ministry to launch a bug bounty program, with the goal of improving overall security, training reservists, and steadily raising the Ministry’s cybersecurity capabilities.
