This data was used to send highly personalized automated service messages and promotional emails tailored to a customer's preferred cinema and city. The results were significant, with segmented promotional emails seeing a 4% higher click-to-open rate and generating 51.3% more sales compared to non-segmented campaigns, demonstrating a major boost in engagement and revenue.
