Fishka, a Ukrainian loyalty program with over 8.4 million members, faced the challenge of converting its existing website visitors into mobile application users. To grow the number of app users, they partnered with the vendor Yespo and utilized its informer (clickable widget) functionality to redirect traffic from their site.
Yespo implemented a floating bar informer that encouraged website visitors to download the Fishka app. The widget was configured to display to all users after they spent five seconds on the site. This solution achieved a 12% click-through rate, with more than 30% of those engaged visitors proceeding to download the application. Fishka was satisfied with these results and continued using the Yespo widget beyond the initial test period.
