Modoza, a major online store in Ukraine specializing in Italian fashion brands, faced the challenge of increasing the low conversion rate of its website subscription forms. To find a solution, they partnered with vendor Yespo and utilized its tools to test and implement event-triggered pop-up workflows for gathering customer contacts.
Yespo implemented a series of A/B tests on subscription forms, experimenting with different designs including gamified options like a "Wheel of Fortune." By optimizing the form's display conditions and design based on test results, Yespo helped Modoza significantly increase its performance. The solution led to a dramatic rise in subscription conversion, from an initial 2.5% to a final rate of 14%, representing a five-fold increase.
