Findmykids, a family location app with over 7 million users worldwide, faced a significant challenge in communicating with its multilingual audience. Their previous process for creating email newsletters in up to 45 languages was highly manual, requiring separate segments and layouts for each language, which was time-consuming and prone to error. They partnered with the vendor Yespo and its customer data platform to find a more efficient solution.

Yespo implemented a solution that integrated Google Sheets as an external data source to dynamically populate email content. This allowed Findmykids to manage all translations in a single spreadsheet and use a single email template. The result was that Findmykids cut its time-to-market for a major 23-language campaign by 2x, reducing preparation from 24 hours to just 12 hours while simultaneously improving quality and reducing errors.
