Yelp outperforms Google for Togo's

Togo's Great Sandwiches, a multi-location quick-service restaurant brand, needed to drive more local customer visits and conversions. While searching for effective local marketing channels, Togo's found Google produced relatively low conversion rates for local intent.

Togo's used Yelp Enhanced Profiles (with MomentFeed for listings and review management), and saw dramatically better performance: Yelp delivered a roughly 7x higher conversion rate than Google (about 30% on Yelp vs ~3% on Google), generating more calls, map directions and purchases—consistent with Yelp’s role as a trusted local-review platform where 92% of visitors go on to make a purchase.
