Using Yelp Enhanced Profiles and MomentFeed’s listings management, Jersey Mike’s achieved a 5x higher conversion rate on Yelp compared with Google (MomentFeed, Apr–Jun 2017). Yelp visitors proved highly purchase-ready—Nielsen found 92% of consumers make a purchase after visiting Yelp—resulting in more calls, directions and store visits for the brand.
