Scottie’s Deli, opened in Oklahoma City in 2017 by Eric Fossett, is a traditional-style deli serving house-cured, smoked and cooked meats, scratch-made soups, salads and family meals. Facing the challenge of launching a classic deli in the age of digital reviews and social media, Eric drew on his experience as a former Yelp Elite to build both a menu and guest experience that would stand out online.

Eric honored his deli roots with carefully prepared house-made ingredients, nostalgic decor, and proactive customer engagement—inviting guests and reviewers to give feedback so issues can be resolved on the spot.
