Discount Tire ran a Yelp Ads campaign to measure online-to-offline attribution

Discount Tire, North America’s largest independent tire retailer with 900+ locations and over 40 million customers since 1960, needed to understand whether Yelp Ads drove in-store purchases. To answer that question, they partnered with Yelp and identity partner LiveRamp to measure online-to-offline attribution.

They ran a Yelp Ads campaign and used LiveRamp to match client transaction data to Yelp users, extrapolating for unmatched transactions. The campaign delivered a 15:1 return on Yelp Ads spend, prompting Discount Tire to more than double their Yelp investment.
