The customer, Vet Alliance, had planned an in-person retreat but faced the challenge of transitioning their annual Manager's Conference to a virtual format due to COVID-19 lockdowns. The vendor, YellowHouse Events, was tasked with reimagining the experience to maintain the event's engaging and retreat-like atmosphere in a digital space.

YellowHouse Events built a fully customized digital venue that replicated the cozy vibe of a Muskoka retreat, complete with themed breakout rooms, an exhibition space for sponsors, and curated advance gift boxes for attendees. The two-day virtual event was overwhelmingly well-received and successfully changed the attendees' perception of what a virtual event could be.
