The challenge was to create an immersive event experience that captured the unique atmosphere of the college, with a specific theme reminiscent of the Swiss Alps. YellowHouse Events designed a comprehensive solution that immersed guests in the theme from the moment they arrived, featuring elements like alphornists, a custom ice sculpture, chalet decor, and a large alpine projection. The vendor also created a pop-up souvenir shop for attendees. The result was a highly successful and engaging event where guests danced until the early morning, each taking home a souvenir and chocolates, effectively celebrating the college's milestone.
