North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, a UK hospital and community services organization, needed a better way to manage monthly reporting and share real-time patient information across wards. The result was a smoother, less stressful reporting process, with the BI team saying Yellowfin now handles about 90% of reporting work and cuts analysts’ manual effort to the remaining 10%. The Trust also created a 40-page board pack in Yellowfin and began delivering near real-time, area-specific patient updates on hospital screens, improving information flow for staff and visitors.
