BGL Group, a leading digital distributor of insurance and household financial services (comparethemarket.com, LesFurets.com and several insurance brands), needed faster, more agile analytics to monitor product and channel performance and improve customer journeys. Daily manual extracts and two hours a day spent formatting Management Information left the business slow to respond, so after a six-week selection process and PoC they chose Yellowfin’s BI and analytics platform to replace manual reporting and enable broader self-service access.

Yellowfin delivered secure, enterprise-grade reporting with single sign‑on, two‑factor authentication, dashboards and automated reports (including Excel export) rolled out to about 50 users across Customer Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance and Product.
