How ITC Revolutionized Pachinko Management and Data Reporting with Yellowfin BI and Compass

ITC, a pachinko parlor management software provider, wanted to add full BI capabilities to its cloud-based Compass system so customers could centralize operational, sales, and game-performance data without relying on separate tools. The challenge was finding an embedded analytics solution that matched ITC’s licensing and service model while avoiding the cost and time of building BI features in-house.

Yellowfin provided the embedded BI layer for Compass with flexible ISV licensing and customized server licensing that fit ITC’s needs. With Yellowfin, ITC replaced manual reporting, automated next-day report generation, enabled shared game-machine performance analysis across companies, and improved operational efficiency; reports that once took 1–2 weeks to build in Excel could now be generated automatically, helping ITC expand Compass to around 1,000 parlors and strengthen its market share.
