Yellowfin’s analytics platform was embedded into Civica’s solution to collect circulation, demographics, inventory and financial data and deliver customizable, device-accessible reports. The Civica/Yellowfin implementation—used across Australian libraries and more than 360 MOE schools in Singapore—cuts reporting time by two to three days per month, enables data-driven policy and purchasing decisions, reduces reliance on specialist report writers, and improves service delivery and school outcomes.
