Summit Innovations, an Australian developer of a leading drive‑through management system used in more than 4,000 sites worldwide, faced growing customer demand for aggregated, multi‑site reporting and real‑time analytics beyond on‑site timers. To add mobility, white‑labelling and richer visualisation while keeping the solution device‑dependent, Summit selected the cloud‑based Yellowfin BI platform and integrated it into its Summit QSR offering to create the Summit Panorama product.

Yellowfin delivered a customisable, white‑label BI layer that powers dashboards, push notifications, exception reports and aggregated multi‑store analysis, enabling managers to see and act on drive‑through performance in seconds. The combined solution improved speed of service by 30 seconds to one minute per customer (roughly 20 extra transactions and around $200 additional revenue per day per restaurant), accelerated time‑to‑market through close developer collaboration, and brought true real‑time, multi‑site intelligence to Summit’s customers.
