Aero Compressor, led by General Manager Steve Johnson, needed a way to compete with much larger manufacturing companies while promoting its value-added services and encouraging repeat business from existing customers. Yellow Pages (YP) helped the small business reach prospective customers in Southern California and stay visible in a competitive market.
Yellow Pages implemented online search ads, direct mail marketing, and print ads in The Real Yellow Pages to target local prospects and keep current customers engaged with coupons and maintenance reminders. The results were strong: Yellow Pages generated 1,174 new leads in 2014, along with hundreds of calls per month for business inquiries, parts, and service requests, and increased parts sales from direct mail coupon offers.
