Productboard, a global tech company and the most valuable startup in the Czech Republic, faced challenges with fair parking allocation at its growing Prague office. Their rapid growth and employees' irregular commutes created uncertainty and crowding in their limited parking facilities. To ensure fair access for all employees, Productboard partnered with Yedem to implement the Yedem Garage app-based reservation system.

Yedem implemented a system where employees could reserve a parking spot via a mobile app. A smart algorithm fairly allocated the limited spots each day, giving priority to employees with longer commutes and notifying all users of their status by 8 PM the prior day. The solution resulted in 3,297 reservations with 0 uncertainty for drivers and 100% fair allocation of spots. This dramatically increased employee satisfaction by providing certainty and valuable data for facility management, confirming Yedem as a reliable partner.
