WOTM (Wide Open Throttle Motorsports) is an online retailer of high-performance automotive parts that needed a robust, store-ready web presence and efficient product-data management on the Yahoo Store platform. Ydeveloper was engaged to address WOTM’s challenge of presenting a large, technical catalog and improving the site’s functionality using Yahoo Store technologies (RTML), Ajax, JavaScript, PHP, and the Yahoo linear/CSV-based database environment.

Ydeveloper delivered a custom RTML-based Yahoo Store template with Ajax/JavaScript enhancements and PHP integration, and implemented CSV-driven catalog workflows compatible with Yahoo’s Linux-based server and linear database (with MySQL support available). The solution gave WOTM a tailored storefront that better showcases parts and racing expertise, streamlined inventory and catalog updates via CSV imports, and improved site interactivity—resulting in faster, less error-prone product management and a more polished customer experience.
