Rabbit Antiques, a specialty retailer of rare designer antiques, needed an online presence that preserved the store’s original look while fitting into Yahoo Store’s unique hosting and database constraints. Ydeveloper was engaged to deliver Yahoo Store template design and integration services, using RTML for templates and Ajax, JavaScript and PHP for interactive features and back-end connectivity.

Ydeveloper implemented custom RTML templates, enhanced the front end with Ajax/JavaScript, and built PHP integrations to work with Yahoo’s Linux-hosted store and its CSV-linear database workflow. The solution preserved Rabbit Antiques’ curated aesthetic, improved site interactivity and performance, and streamlined catalog and inventory updates via CSV-compatible processes—making online management faster and the shopping experience more user-friendly.
