Martial Arts Mart is a large online retailer (MartialArtsMart.com) offering over 3,000 martial arts products and accessories. Faced with the challenge of presenting and managing a very large catalog on a Yahoo-hosted store, they engaged Ydeveloper to work within the store’s technology stack (RTML templates) and web stack (Ajax, JavaScript, PHP) on a Linux-based Yahoo server with the platform’s CSV/linear database approach.

Ydeveloper implemented and optimized the Yahoo Store using RTML-driven templates, Ajax/JavaScript enhancements and PHP integrations, and tied the front end to the store’s CSV-based catalog workflow so the business could efficiently manage 3,000+ SKUs. As a result, Ydeveloper delivered a scalable, easier-to-update storefront with improved catalog management and a smoother customer browsing experience, enabling faster product updates via the existing CSV database.
