Laptops International, an online retailer owned by Intercypher Inc. in Seattle, needed a robust, maintainable Yahoo Store to sell its branded, eco-friendly laptop accessories while delivering strong customer service. Ydeveloper was engaged to address the store’s template, front-end interaction and data-management needs using RTML (Yahoo Store template language), Ajax, JavaScript and PHP on Yahoo’s Linux-based servers.

Ydeveloper built custom RTML templates, added Ajax/JavaScript front-end enhancements and integrated the store with Yahoo’s linear CSV-manageable database (with optional MySQL support), producing a streamlined, maintainable storefront. Ydeveloper’s work simplified catalog updates and inventory management via CSV files, improved the branded product presentation and customer experience, and ensured reliable operation on the Yahoo platform.
