EOL Repair - Customer Case Study

EOL Repair provides repair services for Sun parts and servers and needed a simple, intuitive online experience to let customers get estimates, submit requests, and have repairs processed. Ydeveloper was engaged to design and build that customer-facing site and workflow, creating an easy three‑step interface to improve usability and segment content; the site is currently in beta.

Ydeveloper implemented the solution on ASP.NET 2.0 running on Windows Server 2003 with Microsoft IIS 6.0 and SQL Server 2005, delivering the estimate → request → repair workflow and a well‑segmented, easy‑to‑use website. While the site is still in beta and no quantitative metrics have been released, Ydeveloper’s work has streamlined customer interactions, reduced friction in order submission, and positioned EOL Repair to increase online conversions as the platform matures.
