Beemod is an online retailer of premium furniture and accessories with a large, varied catalog (chairs, tables, sofas, lighting, mirrors, etc.) hosted on a Yahoo Store using RTML templates, Ajax, JavaScript and PHP on a Linux-based Yahoo server with a linear CSV-manageable database. Their challenge was to build and maintain a rich, easy-to-manage storefront that could handle extensive product listings and modernize the shopping experience within the constraints of Yahoo’s RTML and CSV-based data model.

Ydeveloper implemented custom RTML template design, Ajax/JavaScript enhancements and PHP integrations and established CSV-driven workflows for the Yahoo Store database, optimizing the store for the Linux Yahoo server environment.
