The Advisory Board Company, a research, analysis and consulting firm serving healthcare and higher education, needed an engaging, interactive members’ area in its conference center that could stream large amounts of easily customizable, event‑specific content and act as an overflow learning space. YCD Multimedia was brought onto a multi‑vendor team to provide the content engine/CMS, using its Cnario Digital Signage Suite to meet the client’s requirement for a user‑friendly, highly customizable content management solution.

YCD Multimedia implemented Cnario to drive a custom 12×2 (24‑screen) video wall—integrated with displays and installation by partners including Planar and Avitecture—and streamed synchronized, high‑resolution playlists and real‑time feeds (agendas, schedules, news, mission and product information). The result was a state‑of‑the‑art, highly immersive AV experience that The Advisory Board Company can easily update and manage in‑house; the synchronized 24‑screen installation delivered the visual impact the client sought and was described as “stunning” by the program manager.
