Ycd Multimedia’s Cnario Digital Signage Suite Keeps Tim In Touch With The Latest Trends in Customer Engagement

Telecom Italia (TIM) needed a high-impact digital signage solution for its temporary storefront at the Samsung-TIM Auditorium during Expo Milano 2015 to draw crowds and impress a tech-savvy audience. TIM partnered with YCD Multimedia (with local partner DOOH.IT) and deployed YCD’s Cnario Suite to deliver a premium, synchronized content experience.

YCD Multimedia and DOOH.IT installed a 3x3 video wall, two 48" touchscreens, a 55" monitor and two external kiosks, delivering better-than-broadcast HD content and promoting TIM’s TIM2go program. The deployment increased traffic to the temporary store, earned special recognition for the video wall design, delivered high attendee satisfaction and strengthened customer engagement — outcomes attributed to YCD Multimedia’s solution.
