Ycd Multimedia Helped Israel Discount Bank Establish a Country-Wide Digital Signage Network

Israel Discount Bank sought to unify its brand and improve customer and employee communications across its nationwide network of 130 branches and headquarters. To meet this challenge the bank engaged YCD Multimedia and implemented the Cnario Suite digital signage software to build a country‑wide digital signage and content management system.

YCD Multimedia, working with partner CTV, designed and deployed a centrally managed infrastructure—giving each branch access to over 600 video/audio channels (plus 100 at headquarters) and enabling headquarters control via an NOC-installed patch—completed in two months. The YCD Multimedia solution improved branch atmosphere and centralized content/control, drove a 95% increase in employee use of training programs and produced a 21% rise in customer satisfaction.
