A YCD Multimedia Case Study
McDonald's in Singapore faced the challenge of strengthening local brand affinity and building a loyal community while creating a specialized marketing channel that could deliver HD video, stills, tickers, live sports and new ad revenue opportunities. To meet these goals At-Life partnered with YCD Multimedia and selected YCD Multimedia’s digital signage software suite, Cnario, to provide a unified platform for content playback and interaction.
YCD Multimedia implemented Cnario across a network of 42‑inch displays and touch-screen kiosks (deployed with ABI Digital and At-Life), adding integrated SMS interaction, HD live and prerecorded playback, and centralized scheduling, monitoring and reporting. The YCD Multimedia solution drove a marked increase in brand affinity, generated additional advertising revenue and boosted product sales — including a reported 40% sales increase during live broadcasts — and was subsequently reused by At-Life in other restaurant and salon chains.
