Ycd Multimedia Creates a New Dynamic for National Bank of Greece Customers Utilizing Digital Signage

National Bank of Greece wanted to position itself as an innovative, customer-focused bank by demonstrating a futuristic, self-service i-banking experience. To create an engaging, informative launch for the first i‑bank Store in Athens, National Bank of Greece selected YCD Multimedia to provide digital signage and the Cnario Suite CMS to showcase i-bank services.

YCD Multimedia implemented a multi‑screen, multi‑purpose electronic banking venue—run on Cnario—featuring interactive, HD content that demonstrates Internet, phone, mobile banking and ATM services. The project engaged 15 divisions and more than 70 people, delivered a high‑impact customer experience that boosted digital literacy and NBG’s innovation profile, and is being planned for expansion across Greece.
