Volvo, a human-centric car company focused on safety, efficiency and innovation, sought to strengthen brand awareness and create a more personal showroom customer experience. To achieve this, Volvo chose YCD Multimedia and its Cnario digital signage management platform to integrate physical and digital presentations across the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) showrooms.
YCD Multimedia implemented the Cnario suite as a scalable, centrally managed digital signage solution—deploying 85 totems (including 10 double-sided units) running 24/7—and enabled real-time content creation, approval and personalized multi-screen layouts by customer, region, season or local weather. The YCD Multimedia solution delivered immersive video walls, optimized advertising space and simplified content management, boosting showroom innovation and brand visibility while helping convert casual visitors into returning customers.
