Orange Gets a Custom Interface That Allows Them to Get Targeted Content Quickly into the Hands of Their Customers

Orange, a multinational telecommunications provider, needed an interactive, easy-to-manage in-store experience that integrated with its CRM and allowed centralized remote management of digital displays and targeted, real-time content per customer and store. YCD Multimedia was engaged to meet these requirements and deployed its Cnario digital signage software suite to interface with Orange’s CRM.

YCD Multimedia used Cnario to link Orange’s CRM to networked displays, added interactive touchscreens, and enabled profile-driven, location-specific content delivery and instantaneous remote updates. The result was centralized control, targeted messaging and noticeably higher customer engagement and a cohesive visual experience across Orange’s concept stores — supporting Orange’s global footprint of over 220 million customers (including more than 3 million in Israel).
