New Lifestyle Boutiques Cater to Customers' Individual Interests to Enhance the Modern Shopping Experience

AT&T wanted to create a cutting‑edge, highly engaging shopping experience at its 10,000‑square‑foot Chicago flagship that would showcase products and services to a large urban customer base. To meet that challenge AT&T partnered with YCD Multimedia and deployed the Cnario Digital Signage Suite to deliver interactive, seamless content playback across the new store environment.

YCD Multimedia implemented Cnario to power features such as the Explorer Lounge, an 18‑foot Connect Wall, Lifestyle Boutiques and an Experience Platform that let customers explore apps and products hands‑on. The solution boosted in‑store engagement, is being adopted across new retail locations, and helped AT&T earn first place in the Service Retail category plus a Special Merit Award for Innovation in Customer Experience and Technology.
