National Bank of Greece launches 15-division i-bank store with YCD Multimedia

The customer, National Bank of Greece (NBG), sought to demonstrate a futuristic approach to banking and raise its profile as an innovator. It wanted to create an engaging way to showcase its i-banking services and streamline consumer processes. The bank partnered with vendor YCD Multimedia to address this challenge, utilizing its Cnario Suite digital signage platform.

YCD implemented a multi-screen, multi-purpose electronic banking venue powered by its Cnario CMS. The solution used dynamic digital signage to demonstrate i-bank services in an informative and interactive way, creating a high-impact customer experience. As a result, NBG successfully launched its first i-bank Store in Athens, using it as a key component to enhance digital literacy and solidify its position as an innovative leader. YCD's solution performed so well that NBG plans to expand the concept to other locations in Greece.
