Ing Bank Upgrades the Way Their Customers Bank with a Little Help from Ycd Multimedia

ING Bank sought to modernize its Polish branches to improve customer experience, increase visibility of promotions, and simplify in-branch content updates. To meet these goals they engaged YCD Multimedia (with Polish partner Magit) and chose YCD’s Cnario Suite digital signage platform to pilot a contemporary, easily managed in-branch solution.

YCD Multimedia designed and installed a 6-display HD video wall, two synchronized audio zones, and an interactive touchscreen kiosk, all managed centrally via Cnario Suite and compliant with the bank’s SLA requirements. The pilot delivered pixel-perfect playback and real-time content updates, modernized the branch ambiance, made rate and promotion changes far easier, and was ultimately rolled out by ING Bank to all 400 branch locations.
