Ferrerolegno Requires Ycd’s Assistance with Creating Digital Sales Assistants for Their Showrooms

FerreroLegno, an Italian designer door manufacturer, needed to streamline its highly customizable design-and-buy process and roll out a network of digital sales assistants across its showrooms (targeting 100 locations) so customers could access the company’s complete catalog. FerreroLegno turned to YCD Multimedia — working with partner DOOH.IT — to deliver an interactive solution built on YCD’s Cnario digital signage suite.

DOOH.IT developed a custom HTML5 sales-consultant application integrated with YCD Multimedia’s Cnario and deployed on Nexcom PCs driving 48" Samsung touch displays, creating touchscreen digital consultants that let visitors browse and configure over 600 products in real time. The YCD Multimedia-powered system streamlined the sales journey, improved customer engagement with high-resolution imagery and simulated views, and made catalog updates fast and flexible while reinforcing FerreroLegno’s brand in showroom environments.
