Digital Signage Integrates Community at First-Ever Microsoft Flagship Store

Microsoft Store opened its first-ever flagship on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue and needed a way to attract busy shoppers and immerse the community in the Microsoft experience. Microsoft Store engaged YCD Multimedia to deliver a digital signage strategy, using the Cnario Digital Signage Suite to create interactive, media-driven touchpoints throughout the new flagship.

YCD Multimedia (with content partner Synect Media) installed several high-definition video walls, a massive two-story “culture” wall, Xbox demo zones with directional sound, and a 3rd-floor theater with a large plasma touch video wall, all streamed and managed via Cnario Digital Signage Suite. The solution activated the five-floor, 22,000+ sq. ft. flagship, drew shoppers into hands-on product experiences, positioned the store as a community focal point, and delivered a highly immersive retail environment—demonstrating YCD Multimedia’s ability to integrate digital signage at scale.
