Bobbi Brown Gets a Makeover With Digital Signage

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics wanted to enhance the in-store experience at its Bloomingdale’s NYC flagship during renovations, with goals to drive foot traffic, reinforce brand identity, grow its customer base, and better inform shoppers at point-of-sale. To meet these objectives they engaged YCD Multimedia to design and deliver a digital signage solution, including YCD’s Cnario digital signage software suite.

YCD Multimedia implemented a 9‑screen (3×3) HD video wall, two 32‑inch interactive touchscreens in the product tester unit, custom content and music, and a centrally managed Cnario system with local update capabilities so stores can respond in real time. The solution improved in-store engagement and scaled successfully—Bobbi Brown Cosmetics subsequently rolled out YCD Multimedia’s system to 44 additional U.S. stores.
