yayloh's Nudge solution automated the analysis of return data to identify products with sizing issues. It then provided real-time suggestions to update sizing recommendations on product pages, which were approved by Villoid's team. This implementation led to a dramatic reduction in return rates, including one example where returns for a specific dress dropped from 52% to 21%. The process also saved Villoid 83% of the time previously spent on manual updates and reduced the average return rate by 14 percentage points.
