MS Sports partnered with yawave to improve customer satisfaction and referral rates for its youth sports camps. With 15,000 children and young people attending 348 vacation camps across 227 locations, the company needed a better way to collect feedback and support recommendations from parents and participants.
yawave implemented its digital recommendation management, including the feedback tool, Share Tool, content hub, and email marketing features. After camp registration and at the end of the order process, customers were prompted to leave evaluations and recommendations, while feedback was centrally collected and analyzed. The campaign launched in 2018 helped MS Sports reach a customer satisfaction rate of 98.2% and significantly increase the visible digital recommendation rate.
