How YAROOMS made Bitdefender’s meeting rooms available to the entire company across the world

Bitdefender, the Romanian security and anti-virus software company, was growing rapidly across multiple offices worldwide and needed a better way to help employees find available meeting rooms with the right amenities at the right time. As its teams and workspace expanded, coordinating room availability became increasingly difficult, prompting Bitdefender to look for a more efficient booking solution from YAROOMS.

YAROOMS implemented its room booking system and paired meeting rooms with YAROOMS room panels so employees could view real-time availability and book spaces from their devices or on the spot. In just 2 weeks, YAROOMS connected 64 rooms across 10 offices and onboarded 1,200 users through Bitdefender’s user management system, giving staff autonomous scheduling, simpler booking, and live room visibility.
