Cerved Group, a leading information services provider in Italy, needed a fast way to reopen offices during the COVID-19 recovery while only one tenth of desks were available. Having accelerated its move to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, Cerved partnered with YAROOMS to quickly add workspace booking and capacity management that would integrate with their existing Microsoft platform and Active Directory.

YAROOMS was integrated with Microsoft Teams and central Active Directory to enable exact-desk booking, quick issue reporting and five‑star feedback; more than 2,000 employees were onboarded in just 7 days out of a ~5,000-person workforce. The YAROOMS solution supported Cerved’s New Way of Working, drove cultural change away from assigned desks, and delivered measurable impact including 50% savings on real estate costs by alternating workforce use of the same spaces.
