A customized and branded workspace management solution for Mercury Insurance

Mercury Insurance, a multi-line insurer based in Los Angeles, faced a shift to hybrid work that left many employees without permanent desks or guaranteed access to necessary equipment across partly reopened offices. To streamline the return-to-office experience and reduce Facilities’ workload, Mercury Insurance selected YAROOMS and its desk reservation solution (integrated into Microsoft Teams).

YAROOMS implemented a customized, branded workspace management system with Teams-based reservations, custom floor plans, onboarding support, and hyperlinks to internal tools. The YAROOMS solution lets employees self-serve bookings for desks, offices, and conference rooms, gives Facilities daily usage analytics to target cleaning and provisioning, cuts reservation-related human errors, and made the office safer and easier to manage.
