Yardi’s Online Campaigns Boost Leads for Real Estate Management Firm by 160%

Westdale is a national real estate investment and management firm overseeing about 200 properties across 30+ cities. In a highly competitive Class A rental market, Westdale struggled with seasonal competition and a prior marketing partner whose campaigns generated few conversions or actionable data, leaving Westdale unable to test and improve performance or effectively differentiate their communities.
