Walton Communities, a privately held owner‑operator based in Marietta, GA, manages a mixed portfolio of about 4,100 residential units (including roughly 2,000 tax‑credit units) across metro‑Atlanta and Augusta. The company faced slow, paper‑heavy processes for affordable housing applications and approvals that required duplicate data entry, consumed staff time, and increased compliance risk.

Walton implemented RENTCafé Affordable Housing (integrated with Yardi Voyager) to move applications, document uploads, payments, maintenance requests and resident communications online.
