Triovest, formed by the merger of Redcliff Realty Advisors and Tonko Realty Advisors, manages 23 million square feet of office, retail and commercial space and provides investment and property management services for institutional and private investors. After using Yardi Voyager for accounting, the company needed to position Voyager as a broader management information system, expand access to portfolio-wide analytics for property teams, and improve collaboration without overloading Accounting with ad hoc data requests.

Triovest implemented Yardi Orion Business Intelligence to combine financial, operational and ancillary data from Voyager and make it accessible to nonfinancial staff. Launched in July 2016, Orion delivered mobile access to leases, expirations and performance metrics, reduced custom reports by about 50%, and increased staff efficiency by letting users retrieve information themselves.
