Trinity Property Consultants is a Newport Beach–based multifamily management firm (founded 1999) that oversees more than 23,000 apartment units and provides accounting, IT, HR, due diligence and asset management services. Despite automating many systems, Trinity’s invoice process remained manual and costly: staff mailed stacks of invoices from 120 properties to regional offices and headquarters twice weekly, causing multi-day delays, shipping and storage costs, and occasional late fees.

In 2017 Trinity implemented Yardi PAYscan to convert invoices to electronic transactions and automate approval workflows within the Yardi Voyager platform. The change eliminated copying, mailing and storage expenses, cut invoice processing from days to minutes (often under an hour), improved data accuracy and audit trails, and made regulatory and auditor access far simpler.
