Swift Real Estate Partners is a San Francisco–based, vertically integrated real estate investment firm founded in 2010 that focuses on acquiring and repositioning office and industrial assets along the West Coast, managing roughly 25 active properties. The company was processing more than 1,700 paper invoices per month with workflow participants spread across multiple locations, creating time-consuming mail-and-file approvals, administrative overhead, and risk to controls.

To address this, Swift implemented Yardi Procure to Pay (including PAYscan) to convert invoices to electronic transactions, automate approval workflows, and retain documents digitally. The change cut invoice‑processing time by almost half, let the team maintain its size while the portfolio nearly doubled, and enabled AP/AR staff to more than double their output with improved controls.
