STOLADI, which manages 22 premier office and residential properties in Washington, D.C., and Virginia, struggled after its portfolio doubled in 2013. The legacy system couldn’t handle the new residential accounts, suffered server downtime, and failed to provide timely, flexible reporting or efficient common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.

In April 2014 STOLADI implemented cloud-hosted Yardi Voyager and added RENTCafé and Yardi Procure to Pay, gaining menu-driven navigation, automated CAM reconciliations, electronic invoice processing and integrated resident services. The new platform delivered faster, more accurate reconciliations, simplified reporting and streamlined invoice approvals and accounts-receivable workflows.
