STOLADI is a Washington, D.C.–based manager of 22 premier office and residential properties in D.C. and Virginia. As resident expectations shifted toward online convenience, STOLADI needed a property-management partner that could support online leasing, resident services and more efficient operations across recently acquired residential assets.

They implemented Yardi’s RENTCafé (integrated with Yardi Voyager) to provide online leasing, recurring payments and a resident portal for work orders. The result: easier resident convenience, a significant drop in delinquencies and late payments thanks to online/recurring payments, and more efficient handling of over 100 monthly work-order requests.
