Pillar Properties is a Seattle-based developer, owner and manager of luxury apartments (and senior living through its sister company) with a portfolio of about 1,662 units. The executive team struggled with fragmented data from multiple tools and spreadsheets, which made assembling a holistic, timely view of portfolio and property performance difficult and slowed decision-making.

Pillar implemented the Yardi Elevate suite—including Asset Intelligence, RENTmaximizer, Forecast Manager and Yardi Matrix—to centralize unit- and portfolio-level data, deliver predictive insights and provide prescriptive recommendations.
